This Division provides Civil Engineering and Surveying
services for the County. Primary functions involve the
design and construction of various projects, primarily
involving major improvements and repairs for County roads
and flood control facilities.
As the County has been declared a Federal Disaster area
during three of the past four years this division has
been heavily involved in restoring the County's
infrastructure as well as securing Federal reimbursement
for storm damage repairs and State and Federal funding
for various road improvements.
