You may apply for and receive your library card at any of our branches. To find a Library near you, see Library Hours & Locations.
If you have not already signed up for an e-card, you can fill out a print application at the branch library, or you can print out a card application in English or Español, fill it out, and bring it into a branch to save time.
In order to verify name and address, you must present the following:
- A valid driver's license or passport with current address
OR:
- A photo ID plus a copy of a bill or other statement on which your current name and address are printed
The signature of a parent or guardian is required for applicants under the age of sixteen. The parent or guardian must show ID on behalf of the minor.
