BIOGRAPHY - HAROLD C. BROWN, JR.
Hal Brown has lived in San Anselmo for 35 years. He graduated from Lowell High School and the
University of San Francisco. His profession is insurance brokerage. Hal raised his two sons,
Michael and Chris, here in Marin while coaching soccer, youth basketball, and Little League baseball.
His first love is working for the community on a daily basis. His constituents benefit from his keen
enthusiasm and energetic leadership. As the County Supervisor in the 2nd District, Hal Brown's
priorities are clear - ensuring quality services for women, children and families; strengthening
public safety; preserving our environment; limiting the cost of local government and supporting small
business. Hal is best known for his timely and thorough responsiveness; his door is open, and his
constituents know they can count on him.
