Marinwood Village Update
We have entered the next phase of the design process for Marinwood Village which has evolved out of a community-based planning process with community representatives, Marinwood Plaza property owners, and the County of Marin at the table. As the final design takes shape, the Collaborative will provide the conduit to the planning process to ensure that the design, appearance, land use mix and intensities, and other aspects of the development meet community expectations.
The Collaborative’s Guiding Principles represent a unifying operating platform upon which the design can proceed through the formal approval process, involving the community, the developer and planners. This website will be periodically updated with meeting notes and supporting documentation reflecting the work of the Collaborative.
The Schedule of Meetings, Roster, Ground Rules, Planning Process Scope of Work, Guiding Principles, and the Board approved Conceptual Master Plan and September 10 Meeting Summary are all posted on this site.
Through this site, I hope you will stay informed and share with me the excitement we all feel as we see the Marinwood Village dream become a reality.
