NOTICE FILING PERIOD FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE NOVEMBER 2, 2010 GENERAL ELECTION

The filing period for candidates for the November 2, 1010 General Election is from July 12 through August 6, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
Candidates may pick up their nomination forms at the Registrar of Voters’ Office, Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 121 San Rafael, CA 94903 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The deadline for candidates to file all forms is August 6, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. If an incumbent candidate does not file, this deadline is extended to 5:00 p.m. on August 11 for non-incumbent candidates only.
