This small preserve sits beside the Worn Springs Fire Road at the
edge of lands managed by the Marin Municipal Water District. It consists
of several parcels cobbled together that flank, but do not include,
the summit of Bald Hill. “Baldy,” as it is know locally, is a much
beloved landmark and defining feature of the Ross Valley. The undeveloped
summit continues to be privately owned.
